This blog was created to track my triumphs and failures as I go from 230 lbs to 125. It all started in summer of 2010 (when the picture on the left was taken) but it has no end date. It's a forever-type-thing. In essence, I'm trying to lose the person I use to be to become the person I want to be, the person I should be.
